NEOSEF Location

2025 NEOSEF – March 10 – 13, 2025

The 2025 NEOSEF will be held at Cleveland State University, in the Woodling Gym (Physical Education building). Printable map

Parking is available in the attached garage (EG), located south of Chester Ave, between e. 24th and 30th Streets. Overflow parking will be theCSU surface lots 54 and 57. Entrances to both are on E. 24th St. Please provide extra time to walk to the event.

Free parking has been provided courtesy of CSU. To receive free parking tell the garage/lot attendant that you are with NEOSEF/science fair.

February 10th – Registration Closes
- No late entry forms or walk-ins accepted
February 15th-24th – SRC Review
February 28th – Acceptance notices emailed to students

March 10 - 13, 2025

NEOSEF 2025

March 10th – Registration and Project Display Set-up (1:00 – 8:00 pm)
- Registration and set-up process takes approximately 20-30 minutes
- Only students are permitted in the exhibit hall
- No projects will be registered after 8:00 pm
March 11th – Judging
- Judges’ briefing (Woodling Gym) 2:45 pm
- Instructions to students (Woodling Gym) 3:00 pm
- Judging 3:15 – 6:30 pm
  - Students must be present during judging to be eligible for awards
  - Students must remain at their projects until dismissed
- Public Viewing of Projects (students need not be present) 6:30 – 9:00 pm
March 13th – Public Viewing of Projects & Awards Presentation
- Public Viewing of Projects 3:30 – 6:30 pm
- Awards Presentation 6:30 – 8:30 pm
- Removal of Projects 8:30 – 9:30 pm
  - Any projects remaining after 9:30 pm will be discarded
