NEOSEF Forms

These forms constitute written documentation of the student’s project. They are designed to provide the information that is needed to review the project to ensure compliance with NEOSEF rules and with laws and regulations that apply to the project.

Each student (no group projects permitted) in the fair is required to complete Forms 1, 1A, and 1B. Depending on the student’s project, additional paperwork may be required.
